How to Speed up the Reviewing Process for Your Project on AMO and Google Web Stores?

If you are a lucky owner of browser extension within your project, you have surely experienced some issues with the distribution on web stores such as Google Web Store and Addons Mozilla Store.     Create an American google account (if possible). By doing so you'll increase the speed of the reviewing process by up to 1 day.

    Learn all the guidelines and best practices

    Omit redundant permissions in manifest

    Prepare short and clear descriptions for all required PERMISSION JUSTIFICATION (e.g. downloads, activeTab, contentSettings, pageCapture, privacy etc)

    Provide a single purpose of a project in the description

    Make your decision compliant with GDPR

Addons Mozilla Store

    Learn all the guidelines and best practices

    Omit redundant permissions in manifest
  • 3
    Prepare short and clear descriptions how to build your project and other instruction in readme.md file and attach during the publishing process

    Make source code archive and attach it during the publishing process
  • 5
    Don't use remote scripts! Even trusted CDN providers are not allowed

    Provide a clear screenshot and description of a project

    Make your decision compliant with GDPR
